This is a 52 y.o. female painter. Fracture of the distal radius back 30 years ago. Malunited fractura. Wrist arthrosis -> proximal row carpectomy + osteotomy and plate fixation. Still painful. Prono-supination free. Low demand patient.
What to do now??? What are your suggestions?
This is a 17 y.o. male patient.
Mild trauma to the wrist causing pain and limited ROM.
What do you think about it and how should we proceed to treat it?
This is a 56 y.o. female RA patient. She was operated on for Rhizartrosis 2 years ago.
She complains about thumb base pain and instability and she has a non-functional swan neck thumb.
Her main concerns are about thumb pinch function, which she is uncapable of. She doesn't catch any objects with her thumb.
So, what would you do?
